Skill Level: Intermediate
Skill Details: Attendees need to be comfortable using their own sewing machine and using a rotary cutter. You will be making an 18" square block that you can turn into a pillow or tote bag or perhaps you will want to make more blocks after the class and build a quilt top. The choice is yours!
Requirements: Supplies needed include the your sewing machine, rotary cutter (45 mm), and usual sewing tools and threads to coordinate with your fabrics. Be sure and remind us at checkout that you are taking the class so we can give you a 10% student discount. The Lil Twister Tool - Available at our store The Twister Pillows patterns - Available at our store. You get to pick the colorway for your fabrics that you want to use. The below description is assuming you are using blues for your project. You substitute accordingly for your favorite color. Note that you need to have shades from light to dark of your color choice in order for the twister effect to stand out. Fabrics: -Eight 5" squares of white -Four 5" squares of pale blue -Five 5" squares of medium light blue -Four 5" squares of medium blue -Four 5" squares of dark blue Two 23" X 3" border strips of the dark blue fabric Two 28" X 3" border strips of the dark blue fabric
