Our technician can service ALL brands of sewing, embroidery, and serger machines.  Service is done by appointment and all work is done onsite.  We do not ship out machines.  It is unusual that a machine would need replacement parts, but should your machine require parts, we are only able to order parts for Pfaff, Husqvarna Viking and Singer as the brands require one to be a dealer to order parts.  If the technician determines a part is required, we will contact you with pricing to seek approval before moving forward.  Call us today to add your machine to the appointment list for service.  The cost is $140.00.
