Binding Basics 101 June 8
This is a great class to learn the finer points of creating and applying binding to complete your projects. The project could be placemats, table runners, quilts, and more. Part of the class will be lecture and then we will supply a quilt sandwich for you to apply a binding to. Once you master this you will be able to take that knowledge and apply it to your own projects that are waiting to be finished. Bring one of them with you to class and you will have time to start it with Kathy's guidance if needed.

Posh Monthly Wall Hanging Club
The goal of this monthly club meeting is for anyone who is working on any of the Posh Seasonal Wall Hanging kitsyy OR who thinks they might want to join in the fun. Jaftex fabric company is putting out a monthly kit that features different well known fabric designers. Thus far the kits have features Kaffe Fasset, Tim Holtz, and Tula Pink. The patterns are filled with curves which are amazingly easy to make once you learn how to use the mini QCR ruler that is required. At the club meetings we will go over techniques of using the curved ruler to cut the pieces and the techniques used to successfully sew the curved pieces. You will be surprised at how easy it is! The class is listed at $25 BUT if you bought the kit from our store we will give you a $15 store credit that can be used toward purchasing the ruler or something else you have your eye on. The wall hanging measures 28" X 38".
