This monthly kids club is perfect for the young sewist ages 8-12 who would like to learn techniques and make a project each month. Each month is a different project. For November the kids will be learning how to make a pouch which is perfect for storing items in their back packs or totes.

This is a lecture demo class where we will discuss the key steps to have a successful outcome on your machine embroidery projects. The class will start with the basics of machine embroidery from needles to threads and stabilizers to use that will give you the best outcome. We will also go over hooping techniques and special tools that can really take some of the challenges that can come up.

This is a three week class teaching you The Liberty Lake quilt pattern by Myra Barnes of Busy Hands Quilts is a stunning star quilt made from 6 fabrics in graduating hues or colors plus a background fabric. You have the option to make one of three sizes although we suggest starting with the throw size and then once you master the pattern then you could make a larger one next.
